Swedish Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Intensive Care Nurses. Founded in 1962 in Gothenburg by nurse anesthestists from all over Sweden. The association is a non-profit organization for nurses in anesthesia and intensive care. The association has about 4000 active members." Also included is information on the NOSAM. NOSAM is a Nordic association of nurse anesthetist and intensive care nurses. The countries that are included are Denmark, Norway, Finland, Faroe Islands, Iceland and Sweden. The Nordic association was founded in the beginning of 1970 for anaesthesia nurses and in 1978 also for critical care nurses. |
